Guaranteed issue with no exam required. Accumulates cash value at a guaranteed 3% interest rate. Loan and withdrawal ​options. Employee owns their policy. And if they leave the company they can take the policy with them.

FICA SAVINGS


Criteria to Calculate Individual EMPLOYEE FICA Tax Savings:

  • A W-4 election as single is allowed a $950 wage adjustment
  • A W-4 election with dependents is allowed a $1,250 wage adjustment
  • Generates a Section 125 Pre Tax Deduction
  • Creates savings from lower taxable gross wages
  • The Employee contributes $85 to Wellness, Balance to Life Insurance
  • IRC 105 allows an IRC 213.d qualifying plan deduction reimbursement on a Post Tax basis
  • Results = $0 net change to employee paycheck

Criteria to Calculate EMPLOYER FICA Tax Savings:

  • The Employer FICA tax contribution is 7.65% of wages
  • The Employer contributes $40/per employee. Money is deducted from the Employer’s FICA tax ​Savings with a remaining net savings.

For example: A client has 1,000 ​employees. You would be paid $10 per ​employee for 12 months. $10 X 1000= ​$10,000 per month X 12= $120,000 for ​the year.
